Squannacook Forest conversion of oak barren
Senator Cronin,
I am writing to express concern about the planned conversion of the Squannacook Wildlife Management Area to an oak barren. My concerns include the release of carbon, smoke from fires, herbicides, and loss of a beloved forest. I feel at the very least Fish and Wildlife should hold public hearings to explain their desires and to answer the public’s questions.
